We’re partnering with Dwelly to find engineers who have built AI agents that run in production and want to shape what those systems become next.
Dwelly is bringing UK letting agencies onto one technology platform. Its AI already supports tenant finding, property management and finance. As the business acquires more agencies, the engineering challenge grows: bring existing AI workflows together, make their performance measurable, and build infrastructure that can handle much greater scale.
You’ll join a small team within a 20 person engineering organisation. This is hands-on work with room to influence the architecture, ship improvements and see how your systems perform in daily operations.

What you’ll do
- Build and scale agentic workflows that use tools, structured outputs and task orchestration.
- Bring existing AI flows into a more consistent system.
- Create evaluations and feedback loops to catch failures and improve quality.
- Tackle the practical challenges of latency, cost, hallucinations and reliability.
- Work with product and operational teams to solve problems created by rapid growth.
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years of software engineering experience and a strong backend foundation.
- Direct experience building and running agentic systems in production. You can explain what you built, who used it, how it was evaluated and what broke after launch.
- Hands-on experience with agent orchestration, tool use and structured outputs.
- A computer science degree or a related technical degree.

Dwelly’s stack includes TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL and Python. Experience in an AI native company or a startup where you’ve owned what you shipped would be particularly relevant.
Fully remote for candidates based in the UK or Europe who can work UK hours. £100,000–£150,000 plus equity.
