We’re partnering with Dwelly to find Applied AI Engineers who can make agentic systems reliable at scale.
Dwelly is building an AI powered platform for UK property management. The company grows by acquiring letting agencies and bringing their operations onto one platform. Its AI systems already support tenant finding, property management and finance. Following a $170 million Series B, Dwelly is expanding the engineering team behind them.
You’ll join a 20 person engineering organisation, working in a small team where you can shape how AI systems are built and run. As more agencies join the platform, your work will scale with them.
What you’ll work on
- Bring existing AI workflows into a consistent, scalable system.
- Build evaluations and feedback loops that show where agents succeed, fail or need human input.
- Design workflows involving task decomposition, tool use, structured outputs and orchestration.
- Improve latency, cost and reliability across systems used in daily operations.
- Work with product teams to turn operational problems into software that ships.

What you’ll bring
- At least 3 years of software engineering experience, with a strong backend foundation.
- Hands-on experience building and running AI or agentic systems in production.
- The ability to talk through real trade-offs involving evaluation, hallucinations, latency, cost and reliability.
- Experience with agent orchestration, tool use, structured outputs and feedback loops.
- A degree in computer science or a related technical field.

The stack includes TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL and Python. We’re especially keen to meet engineers from AI native companies or startups who have owned systems after launch and enjoy building at pace.
Location and package
Fully remote from the UK or Europe, working UK hours. £100,000–£150,000 plus equity.
The interview process includes a recruiter conversation, system design interview, AI coding interview and a call with the founders.
