Dex

Dex is an AI recruiter agent that helps you run your job search. Tell Dex your stack, seniority, and what you want to build. We will manage your applications and surface other opportunities that are a fit.

About the Company

This company automates complex document processing and natural-language data retrieval for enterprise customers. Their platform operates in highly sensitive financial environments, where SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR are non-negotiable. They recently secured a significant Series A round, backed by leading investors, to aggressively expand their AI product surface.

The Position

This is an Applied AI Engineer seat, reporting directly to the founders. You will own the development and deployment of AI-powered features — RAG systems, multi-agent infrastructure, and evaluation frameworks — into a regulated enterprise platform. This is not a research role. The bar is shipping production AI, not prototyping in a notebook. You will also build the backend services, APIs, and data pipelines that power these systems, ensuring scalability and security from day one.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
