Applied Research Engineer / AI Startup / London

An ambitious AI company is looking for an exceptional Applied Research Engineer to join its early technical team and build a new generation of intelligent software.

You'll work on challenging problems across NLP, search, information processing, and AI, taking ideas from research through to production.

What you'll do:

  • Build intelligent systems for working with complex information
  • Develop new approaches to search, retrieval, and information processing
  • Turn research ideas into production-ready software
  • Influence architecture and technical direction
  • Own problems from idea through implementation
