Our approach is centred around understanding each customer’s needs, clearly explaining the options available without a hard sell. Ongoing customer service is generally handled for you.
Our team work independently and flexibly, building their own customer base through personal recommendations, referrals, networking and digital channels.
We value ethical sales practices, excellent customer service, strong relationships and consistent results.
Role Description
This is a self-employed, commission-only remote sales role with no minimum working hours. You choose when and how much you work within the available working hours.

You will be expected to:
- Generate your own leads
- Set your own appointments
- Learn each customer’s needs
- Introduce your business leads to another member of the team to tender and close sales
- Learn to present suitable options to domestic customers and close your own domestic sales and complete customer applications
- Deliver minimal aftersale customer service
- Ask customers for referrals
Full training and ongoing support are provided.
Qualifications
We’re looking for people who are confident working independently and taking responsibility for generating their own sales.
Previous sales experience is particularly valuable, including:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience generating and following up your own leads
- Confidence setting appointments and speaking with prospective customers
- Consultative selling and closing skills
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
- Good organisation and time management
- Confidence using common digital tools
- The ability to work independently and consistently
Previous experience in utilities, telecoms, financial services, direct sales or other customer-facing sales roles is beneficial, but not essential.
Applicants must be 18 or over, eligible to work in the UK and willing to follow all relevant regulatory and ethical standards.
