About Lamqora

Lamqora is a recruitment and talent solutions company helping businesses build high-performing sales teams and access qualified talent.

We are expanding our business development operation and are looking for driven, commercially minded Appointment Setters to convert company-provided leads into qualified sales opportunities.

This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with no salary or fixed monthly retainer. Your earning potential is directly linked to the clients you help bring through the door.

The Opportunity

As an Appointment Setter, you will receive leads provided by Lamqora and be responsible for engaging prospects, identifying genuine business opportunities, qualifying decision-makers and securing meetings for our sales team.

You will not be expected to generate your own lead lists.

Your focus is simple:

  • Lead → Conversation → Qualified Appointment → Closed Client → Commission

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact leads provided by Lamqora through phone, email and LinkedIn.
  • Introduce Lamqora's recruitment and talent solutions to prospective clients.
  • Identify businesses with active or upcoming hiring requirements.
  • Engage business owners, founders, HR leaders, Sales Directors and other decision-makers.
  • Qualify prospects based on their hiring needs, urgency, budget and decision-making process.
  • Book qualified meetings for Lamqora's sales team.
  • Follow up consistently with prospects who have expressed interest.
  • Maintain accurate prospect and activity records in the CRM.
  • Ensure booked meetings are properly qualified and relevant.
  • Provide feedback on lead quality, objections and market response.
  • Follow up on opportunities where appropriate until the prospect progresses to the sales team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
