Appointment Setter (Commission-Only, Remote) – TSdynamics
About us
TSdynamics is a UK web agency that designs, builds and manages online spaces for UK businesses that want to increase conversion rates and look more credible online. We're growing, and we want a confident, persuasive caller to help us start conversations with business owners who need a better web presence.
The role
You'll phone UK business owners from a lead list we provide, open conversations about their website and online presence, and book qualified discovery calls for our team. You don't need to sell the project. Your job is to find the right people and get them into a conversation with us. We handle the pitch, proposal and delivery.
What you'll earn
- You'll receive 20% of the project value for every call you book that turns into a paying client.
- Our projects are typically £1950+, so each closed deal earns you £390+.
- There's no cap. The more quality calls you book, the more you earn.
- Once you have shown your capability we will arrange a /booking flat fee

What we're looking for
- The position requires disciplined time management, consistent activity levels, and a professional, customer-focused approach in every interaction.
- Experience in cold calling, appointment setting, telesales or B2B outreach (preferred, not essential if you can show you're great on the phone)
- Confidence handling objections and talking to business owners as an equal
- Organisation and honesty in logging activity in the CRM
- A reliable phone setup, internet connection and a quiet place to call from

How this works
This is a self-employed, commission-only contractor role. You'll be responsible for your own tax and National Insurance.
