Part-Time Healthcare Business Development / Appointment Setter – Remote UK
We are looking for an experienced, confident and professional telephone-based Business Development / Appointment Setter to support a growing business working with private dental and healthcare practices across the UK.
This is not a call-centre role. We are looking for someone who can have intelligent, natural conversations with practice owners, dentists and practice managers, introduce our services professionally, identify genuine interest and arrange qualified introductory meetings.

Ideally you will have:
- An excellent, clear British telephone manner
- Previous B2B telephone sales, appointment-setting or business development experience
- Experience within dental, medical, skincare, private GP, pharmaceutical or private healthcare would be a significant advantage
- Confidence speaking with senior healthcare professionals and business owners
- A warm, mature and consultative approach rather than aggressive selling
- Good organisation and follow-up skills
Hours: Approximately 2–3 hours per day, 3–5 days per week initially

Location: Remote – UK based
Pay: Competitive hourly rate + performance bonus for qualified appointments
This could particularly suit an experienced business development, healthcare, pharmaceutical or account-management professional looking for flexible part-time work.
We will initially run a short paid trial, with the opportunity to develop into a longer-term position if successful.
