This is a part-time remote role for an Appointment Setter at TheBrandlift. The Appointment Setter will contact prospective and existing clients, qualify interest, and schedule meetings for the sales or account management team. Day-to-day tasks include:

  • Managing appointment calendars
  • Following up on leads via phone, email, and messaging platforms
  • Confirming meeting details to reduce no-shows
  • Maintaining accurate records in CRM or scheduling tools
  • Sharing feedback from conversations
  • Aligning with team members on outreach priorities

The person in this role is expected to handle outreach in a professional manner, represent the BrandLift value proposition clearly, and contribute to a steady flow of qualified appointments.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling to manage calendars and ensure accurate, timely bookings
  • Skills in Lead Generation to identify, qualify, and nurture prospects into scheduled consultations
  • Strong Communication skills to present information clearly, listen actively, and tailor messages to different audiences
  • Customer Service skills to build rapport, address questions, and create positive interactions during outreach
  • Comfort using CRM or scheduling software, email tools, and basic productivity platforms
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet outreach and booking targets
  • Prior experience in appointment setting, inside sales, or client-facing roles is beneficial
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace suitable for regular phone or video calls
