☀️ WE'RE HIRING: Appointment Setter — Solar & Battery

Scottish homes are switching to solar and battery storage faster than ever — and Evolv is right at the front of it. We're looking for a driven Appointment Setter to be the first friendly voice homeowners hear, and to book the appointments that power our growth. Phone-first, fully remote, and you're paid at every stage.
What You'll Do
- Call warm leads and homeowners interested in solar & battery
- Qualify them and book quality appointments for our field sales team
- Plan and manage the team's diary — schedule smart, keep reps' days flowing
- Keep our CRM (Orca) up to date
- Hit and smash your weekly appointment targets

What We're Looking For
- A confident, warm phone manner — you build rapport fast
- Resilient and self-motivated — you love hitting targets
- Organised — you follow up and never let a lead go cold
- Interest in renewables a plus; no experience needed — attitude beats experience
The Earnings
💷 Competitive, uncapped, commission-based earnings — you're paid at every stage (book → sit → deal → install), with monthly bonuses on top and enhanced rates on commercial deals. Strong setters earn serious money here. Enquire for the full pay breakdown.
