Appointment Setter (Full-Time & Part-Time)
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full-Time (37.5 hrs/week) OR Part-Time (16–25 hrs/week)
Salary: £22,000 – £25,000 base per annum (pro-rata for part-time) + Performance Bonuses / Equivalent to ~£11.50 – £12.80 per hour
About the Role
We are seeking clear, confident, and persuasive communicators to join our sales outreach team as Remote Appointment Setters. In this role, you will be the initial point of contact for prospective leads, reaching out via phone to introduce our services and book discovery calls for our senior sales representatives.
No prior outbound sales or appointment setting experience is required. Full paid training will be provided to equip you with our call scripts, objection-handling techniques, and system tools needed to succeed from day one.

Must-Have Qualification
- Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and written English language skills, with a confident, friendly, and professional phone manner.
- Computer Literacy: Basic proficiency operating a desktop/laptop, navigating web-based tools, and typing accurate notes during phone conversations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) or scheduling apps (e.g., Calendly).
- High energy, resilience, and comfort making cold or warm outbound calls to business prospects.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to qualified leads to generate interest and evaluate their potential needs.
- Schedule discovery meetings and product demos directly onto senior sales representatives' calendars.
- Log all call interactions, lead status updates, and appointment notes accurately into our CRM database.
- Follow up with prospects to confirm upcoming meeting dates and lower cancellation rates.
