Role Description

The Appointment Setter at Tomlinson Environmental is a part-time, remote role focused on connecting prospective clients with the consulting team. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

Qualifications

  • Skills in Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling to manage calendars and coordinate consultations efficiently.
  • Skills in Lead Generation to identify, qualify, and nurture prospective clients for environmental consulting services.
  • Strong Communication skills to engage professionally with clients and team members across phone, email, and virtual channels.
  • Customer Service skills to respond to inquiries, provide clear information, and support a positive client experience.
  • Comfort with remote work tools, CRM or scheduling software, and basic office applications.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple appointments and follow-ups.
  • Previous experience in appointment setting, sales support, or administrative support is beneficial.
  • Interest in or familiarity with environmental consulting or related fields is an asset.
