Job Title
We are looking for an experienced Appointment Setter to join a growing online fitness coaching business.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for managing inbound leads through Instagram and social media, qualifying prospects, nurturing conversations, and booking qualified sales calls. You’ll work closely with the sales team to ensure leads are responded to quickly and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound Instagram DMs from paid advertising and organic content.
- Engage with prospects and build strong rapport.
- Qualify leads based on their goals, needs, and suitability for the coaching programme.
- Book qualified prospects into the sales calendar.
- Follow up with warm leads who have not yet booked.
- Nurture conversations and maximize booked appointments.
- Handle initial questions and objections professionally.
- Update the CRM and maintain accurate lead information.
- Communicate qualified prospects to the sales team.
- Maintain fast response times throughout working hours.

Requirements
- Previous experience as an Appointment Setter, DM Setter, Lead Generator, or similar sales role.
- Experience managing inbound leads through Instagram or social media.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong communication and rapport-building skills.
- Excellent follow-up and lead-nurturing abilities.
- Sales-driven, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple conversations.
- CRM experience is an advantage.
- Experience in fitness, health, coaching, or online coaching is highly desirable.
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently.

Working Hours
- Monday – Saturday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM UK Time (Remote)
- Some flexibility may be required depending on lead volume. Weekend availability is required as leads may come in throughout the week.
