Role Summary

The Appointment Setter at Collections Cloud is a high-energy, junior-level role focused on initiating the sales cycle by identifying and qualifying potential B2B clients. You will serve as the first point of contact for businesses needing credit control and debt recovery solutions, with success measured by the volume and quality of demos booked for the closing team. This is a target-based, fully remote position offering high earning potential through a performance-linked commission structure.

Work Setup & Collaboration

Fully remote operation requiring high self-motivation and a dedicated home office setup.

  • Work autonomously within UK business hours to align with the target B2B professional services market.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Closers via asynchronous communication and regular video syncs.
  • Operate within a high-velocity, small-team environment where feedback loops are short and daily agility is required.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct outbound outreach to B2B prospects to introduce Collections Cloud solutions.
  • Qualify potential clients by identifying specific pain points in their current credit control and late payment processes.
  • Schedule and coordinate product demos for the Sales Closer team via digital calendars.
  • Maintain accurate, real-time records of all prospect interactions and lead statuses within the CRM.
  • Execute multi-channel follow-up strategies to re-engage unresponsive leads.
  • Actively participate in comprehensive sales training to master the platform’s value proposition.
  • Manage your daily workflow independently to ensure consistent outreach volume.
  • Collaborate with the broader sales team to refine messaging based on market feedback and objections.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
