Role Description
This is a full time remote role for an Appointment Setter at Pipeline Grid. The Appointment Setter will contact prospects via LinkedIn to introduce services and secure qualified appointments for the sales team.

Daily Responsibilities
- Managing appointment schedules
- Following up with leads
- Updating CRM or tracking systems
- Ensuring appointment details are accurate and complete
The role involves handling inbound and outbound communications, answering basic questions, and providing a professional, courteous experience to potential clients. The Appointment Setter will collaborate with sales and operations teams to refine outreach scripts, share feedback from prospects, and meet defined performance targets.

Qualifications
- Candidate must speak fluent English
- Candidates should possess strong communication skills to engage prospects clearly and professionally across phone, email, and digital channels.
- Candidates should possess customer service skills to handle inquiries, resolve minor issues, and maintain a positive experience for potential clients.
- Additional qualifications include reliability in meeting targets, comfort working remotely with digital tools, basic CRM or spreadsheet proficiency, and prior experience in sales support, telemarketing, or customer-facing roles is beneficial.
