Appointment Setter

Remote | Commission Only | £50 Per Qualified Booking

Zoloric is expanding its outbound team and looking for ambitious, reliable appointment setters who can communicate well, follow a system and execute consistently.

You will earn £50 for every qualified sales call you book, with no cap on commission.

Our minimum target benchmark is a 2% booking rate, with the aim of performing above that. We provide the training, systems, feedback and ongoing support to help our setters reach and exceed that benchmark.

What could that look like?

Using the minimum 2% benchmark as a simple example:

  • 100 qualified prospects contacted per working day
  • 2 qualified bookings at a 2% booking rate
  • £50 commission per qualified booking
  • £100 commission per day
  • Around £2,000 per month across 20 working days

These figures are illustrative, not guaranteed. Your actual earnings will depend on your activity, consistency, execution and results.

There is no fixed salary or hourly rate. This is a performance-based contractor opportunity.

About Zoloric

Zoloric helps established businesses generate more qualified sales conversations through structured outbound acquisition systems.

We already have the strategy, processes and infrastructure in place.

As an Appointment Setter, you will not be expected to build the outbound strategy yourself or figure everything out from scratch.

We provide the training, targeting, messaging frameworks, qualification criteria, follow-up process, SOPs and supporting assets.

Your responsibility is simple:

Learn the system, follow it consistently and generate qualified sales conversations.

What you'll be doing

  • Prospecting relevant business owners and decision-makers through LinkedIn
  • Following Zoloric's documented outbound process
  • Sending personalised messages, videos and voice notes where appropriate
  • Managing prospect conversations professionally
  • Following up consistently
  • Qualifying prospects against our defined criteria
  • Booking qualified prospects directly into our sales calendar
  • Accurately tracking your activity and results
  • Following the daily workflow and reporting process
  • Taking feedback and continuously improving your performance

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

You will not be handed a lead list and left on your own.

We provide:

  • Complete onboarding and appointment-setting training
  • A documented outbound system and SOPs
  • Messaging frameworks and templates
  • Clear targeting and prospecting criteria
  • Clear qualification criteria
  • LinkedIn profile optimisation guidance
  • LinkedIn account warming guidance where required
  • Training on the outreach and follow-up process

We have built the system.

Your job is to execute it.

Compensation

You will be paid:

  • £50 per qualified sales call booked.
  • There is no artificial cap on the number of qualified bookings you can generate.
  • The more qualified calls you generate, the more you earn.

Our minimum performance benchmark is a 2% booking rate, and our objective is to help setters perform above this through proper training, consistent execution, feedback and optimisation.

Individual performance will vary, and no level of income or booking rate is guaranteed.

Full qualification and payout criteria will be explained clearly before you begin.

Who we're looking for

We are primarily looking for people who are:

  • Consistent and disciplined
  • Confident communicating with people
  • Coachable
  • Comfortable following a documented system
  • Naturally likeable and professional
  • Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers

You do not need to be based in the UK.

This is a remote opportunity and we welcome applicants internationally.

However, strong written and spoken English is essential.

Your LinkedIn account

Because the role primarily involves LinkedIn outreach, we strongly prefer applicants who already have an established, active LinkedIn account suitable for B2B outreach.

Applicants with an established account may be able to begin outreach much faster.

If your account is not currently ready for outreach, we provide guidance on profile setup and the correct warming process before you begin.

This probably isn't for you if...

  • You are looking for a guaranteed salary or hourly rate
  • You want something you can casually do whenever you feel like it
  • You struggle to stay consistent with repetitive daily activity
  • You do not like being measured on performance
  • You regularly ignore processes and prefer doing things your own way
  • You are unwilling to follow up with prospects consistently
  • You struggle to communicate professionally in English
  • You are unwilling to take feedback and improve

We are not looking for people who are excited for three days and then disappear.

We are looking for people who can execute consistently.

Why join Zoloric?

This is an opportunity to develop real B2B outbound, prospecting, qualification and appointment-setting skills while operating inside a structured system.

You will have access to training, documented processes, clear targets and ongoing feedback rather than being expected to learn everything through trial and error.

As Zoloric grows, strong performers may also have opportunities to take on greater responsibility within the sales operation.

If you are ambitious, coachable, good with people and willing to put consistent work in, we would like to hear from you.

Apply to be considered for the role.
