π¨ WE'RE HIRING: 2 Roles in Our Birmingham Team π¨
π Hybrid β 2 days office / 3 days home (open to negotiation) | Full-time or Contract
We've got two spots open for people who love picking up the phone, building rapport fast, and turning conversations into booked appointments.
1οΈβ£ Appointment Setter β Concierge Team
You'll be the first friendly voice parents hear when they enquire about childcare for their little ones. Your job: follow up fast, qualify their needs, and get them booked in for a tour at one of our early childhood education clients.
2οΈβ£ Appointment Setter / Sales β CBG Team
Part appointment setter, part low-ticket sales, all personality. You'll be reaching out to leads for our internal brand, booking calls, and closing smaller product sales along the way. No two days look the same.
π What we're looking for:
- A genuine people-person who enjoys talking to strangers
- Confident on the phone, sharp over text/email
- Organised, coachable, and comfortable with CRMs
- Quick to pick up new software and systems β this one matters, so please only apply if you're genuinely comfortable learning new tools
- Self-motivated β you don't need someone watching over your shoulder

Iβm in my final year doing Economics and I donβt know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer β it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donβt need a masters. Letβs look at the ones youβd be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
