🚨 WE'RE HIRING: 2 Roles in Our Birmingham Team 🚨
📍 Hybrid – 2 days office / 3 days home (open to negotiation) | Full-time or Contract
We've got two spots open for people who love picking up the phone, building rapport fast, and turning conversations into booked appointments.
1️⃣ Appointment Setter — Concierge Team
You'll be the first friendly voice parents hear when they enquire about childcare for their little ones. Your job: follow up fast, qualify their needs, and get them booked in for a tour at one of our early childhood education clients.
2️⃣ Appointment Setter / Sales — CBG Team
Part appointment setter, part low-ticket sales, all personality. You'll be reaching out to leads for our internal brand, booking calls, and closing smaller product sales along the way. No two days look the same.
🙋 What we're looking for:
- A genuine people-person who enjoys talking to strangers
- Confident on the phone, sharp over text/email
- Organised, coachable, and comfortable with CRMs
- Quick to pick up new software and systems — this one matters, so please only apply if you're genuinely comfortable learning new tools
- Self-motivated — you don't need someone watching over your shoulder
