Role Description
The Appointment Setter [Telecommunications Company] will be responsible for contacting prospective and existing customers to introduce telecommunications products and services, qualify leads, and schedule sales appointments for the business development or sales team.

- Making outbound calls
- Responding to inbound inquiries
- Maintaining accurate records of interactions
- Updating appointment calendars and CRM systems
The role involves following communication scripts where needed, answering basic product questions, and ensuring a smooth handover of qualified leads to the appropriate team members. The Appointment Setter will also support follow-up activities, confirm appointments, and help reduce no-shows through reminders and clear communication. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Belfast.
Qualifications
- Strong Appointment Setting and Appointment Scheduling skills, with the ability to manage calendars and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Effective Lead Generation skills, including identifying prospects, qualifying leads, and capturing accurate information for the sales team.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear phone etiquette, active listening, and concise written communication.
- Solid Customer Service skills, with a focus on professionalism, empathy, and resolving basic inquiries or concerns.
- Ideally have experience in telecommunications or related industries, familiarity with CRM tools, and comfort working in a target-driven environment.
- A high school diploma or equivalent; additional education or vocational training in sales, communications, or business is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Belfast, maintain reliability in attendance, and collaborate effectively with sales and operations teams.

SALARY
£39,000 Annually with commissions
