About the Role

Zaffel is a growing lead generation and digital marketing agency working with service businesses across a range of industries, including home improvement, dental, healthcare, and other local services. We’re looking for a confident, friendly, and organised Appointment Setter to help our clients turn more of their inbound leads into booked appointments.

This is not a cold-calling role.

You’ll be speaking to people who have already made an enquiry through advertising campaigns, websites, or lead forms and have shown an interest in the service. Your job is to contact new leads quickly, have a natural conversation, understand what they’re looking for, qualify them where required, and book them into the client’s calendar or arrange the appropriate next step.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Calling new inbound leads on behalf of our clients
  • Following up leads quickly after they enquire
  • Speaking with customers across a variety of industries
  • Asking relevant qualification questions
  • Booking appointments, consultations, surveys, or callbacks
  • Following up leads who don’t answer on the first attempt
  • Updating lead statuses and notes within our CRM
  • Working from scripts and processes while keeping conversations natural
  • Helping us identify ways to improve lead-to-appointment conversion rates

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Important

  • These are warm inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns. You will not be expected to work through cold data lists or make traditional cold sales calls.
  • The aim isn't to aggressively sell. It's to speak to someone who has already expressed an interest, understand what they need, and help move them towards the right next step.
