About the Role

We are looking for an organised, observant person to help us assess the standard of our property appointments during a temporary pilot. You will observe or attend a sample of appointments and record clear, factual observations about attendance, punctuality, presentation, and the experience of clients and attendees.

Your reports will help us identify service risks early, protect client relationships, and make practical improvements. This is a field-based role with home working for route planning and other administrative tasks.

We are a PropTech company that helps property professionals, including estate agents, property managers, social housing providers, and landlords, outsource property viewings, inspections, and other services. Our appointments are carried out by self-employed Members.

Essential

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to record what you observe accurately and impartially.
  • Good organisation, timekeeping, and route-planning skills.
  • Clear written communication and confidence using a mobile device and online reporting systems.
  • A professional approach when attending appointments and interacting with others.
  • At least two years’ experience combining home working with regular field travel.
  • The ability to travel reliably between appointments across your agreed area.
  • A suitable home-working set-up that allows you to work professionally and without routine interruptions, together with a reliable internet connection for video calls and online systems.
  • A valid driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle insured for business use.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
