Apprentice – Accountancy Level 2
Fixed term contract for 15 months
Worcester based with a balance of home and office working
Starting salary year 1: £19,072.44
35 hours per week
In partnership with our training provider HWGTA, we’re offering a Level 2 Accountancy Apprenticeship - an ideal starting point for students leaving school or sixth form who want to begin a career straight away.
You’ll join one of the largest organisations in Worcestershire, gaining practical, hands-on experience across our finance functions. Based at our Head Office, you’ll rotate through key roles within our Shared Service Centre, helping you build a strong foundation in finance while learning on the job.
This apprenticeship is just the start. With the right commitment and performance, you’ll have the opportunity to progress your training and continue your journey towards becoming a fully qualified accountant. What will you do?
You will be working from the Worcester office, in our shared service centre. As part of your job role, you will be asked to complete tasks including processing cashsheets and correcting errors on invoices. All of this will be supported by the team around you, ensuring you are getting the best out of your apprenticeship!

On top of this, practical skills we are looking for are;
- A minimum of 2 GCSEs at Grade 4 or above, or the equivalent including Maths and English
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook)
