Are you looking to launch your professional career in business administration? This famous business, trading for over 100 years, in partnership with Total Training Provision, is seeking an enthusiastic, organised, and proactive individual to join our team as an Apprentice Business Administrator.

This role offers the ideal blend of practical on-the-job experience and structured formal training, culminating in a nationally recognised Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard.

What You'll Be Doing

Working as a core part of our team, your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as a first point of contact for routine email and telephone enquiries.
  • Managing digital filing systems, data entry, and record keeping with high accuracy.
  • Scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking accurate minutes or notes.
  • Assisting with document preparation, presentations, reports, and internal correspondence.
  • Supporting day-to-day office coordination, including stock control and post handling.
  • Collaborating with various internal departments to support ongoing business projects.

Apprenticeship Training & Development

Delivered in partnership with Total Training Provision, you will receive dedicated 1-to-1 mentoring, off-the-job training time, and guidance throughout your qualification:

  • Qualification: Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard.
  • Duration: Typically 15–18 months (including End-Point Assessment).
  • Delivery: Blended workplace coaching, online learning resources, and regular progress reviews.
  • Progression: Real potential for permanent employment and career progression upon successful completion.

What We're Looking For

Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, solid IT literacy (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace), and keen attention to detail.

Attributes: Reliable, organised, eager to learn, and comfortable working both independently and in a team.

Entry Requirements: GCSEs at grade 4/C or above in English and Maths (or equivalent/Functional Skills Level 2).

Please note this is an in-person role based in Doncaster, UK. You must have full eligibility to work and live in the UK.
