About The Role

An Apprentice Administrator at the Priory Centre will support our Central Admin team with day-to-day tasks, from handling enquiries to organising documents and helping keep the service running smoothly. It’s a great chance to build skills, gain real experience, and start a career in a supportive, friendly environment.

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries
  • Update records, databases, and filing systems
  • Prepare documents, letters, and meeting materials
  • Support scheduling, room bookings, and diary management
  • Assist with ordering supplies and keeping office areas organised
  • Help colleagues with general administrative tasks and project
