About The Employer

Bidwell Henderson Costs Consultants is an award-winning Legal Aid Costs Drafting firm, providing billing and processing services to solicitor firms across the UK. With clients at the heart of everything we do, we are committed to delivering a high-quality service and building lasting professional relationships. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Operations Team at our Head Office in South Normanton. This is a varied role where no two days are the same, offering the opportunity to develop new skills and gain valuable experience. You will receive ongoing support from your supervisor and the wider Operations Team throughout your apprenticeship.

What You'll Do

  • Managing and maintaining company files and records.
  • Booking in new files and ensuring they are processed accurately.
  • Assigning files to the appropriate team members.
  • Updating databases and records in a timely manner.
  • Drafting professional letters, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Checking, preparing, and creating invoices.
  • Assisting colleagues with project work, including the firms marketing and recruitment.
  • Arranging deliveries and collections as required.
  • Liaising with consultants, clients, and other external contacts.
  • Answering and transferring telephone calls in a professional manner.
  • Supporting the day-to-day running of a busy office environment.
  • Working collaboratively as part of a team while also managing individual responsibilities.
