Apprentice Administrator (On Site, Denton)

You don't need to know everything from day one. We'll provide the training, support and guidance you need to develop your confidence and capability in a professional office environment.
What you'll be doing
Working as part of our Service & Repair client support team, you'll gain hands-on experience across customer service, administration and basic finance processes.
Your day to day responsibilities will include:
- Providing excellent service to our internal and external customers.
- Raising and processing purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
- Supporting the processing and administration of invoices.
- Responding to telephone and email enquiries in a professional and helpful manner.
- Updating spreadsheets, databases and internal systems.
- Maintaining accurate records and filing systems.
- Providing general administrative support to the wider team.
- Learning our processes and systems as you develop within the role.

What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who is keen to learn, well organised and enjoys working with people.
Essential
- Be 18 or over
- Have 5 GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and Maths.
- Strong communication, organisational and customer service skills.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- Good attention to detail and a commitment to getting things right.
- A willingness to learn, ask questions and develop new skills.
- A reliable, punctual approach to work.
- Most importantly, a positive, can-do attitude.
It would be great if you also have
- Some knowledge or experience of purchase requisitions, purchase orders or invoice processing.
- Previous experience using business or administrative systems.
Don't worry if you haven't had the opportunity to gain this experience yet. This is an apprenticeship, and we'll support you to build your knowledge and skills as you progress.
