Join Van Elle as an Apprentice Administrator and take your first step into a supportive, hands-on role where you can learn, grow, and build confidence while working towards your Level 3 Apprenticeship.
You’ll be welcomed into a friendly team who will help you develop practical administration skills, gain valuable workplace experience, and understand how professional support makes a real difference to our colleagues, managers, and customers.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Build positive relationships by interacting professionally with colleagues, managers, and customers.
- Work as part of a flexible, supportive team and help with a range of tasks that keep the business unit and wider business running smoothly.
- Answer telephone calls and direct callers to the right person or team.
- Respond to emails in a timely, helpful, and professional way.
- Maintain accurate, organised, and easy-to-use filing systems.
- Work towards your Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship with support along the way.
- Use our computer systems to input data and create, update, and maintain records.
- Get involved in other reasonable tasks that help you broaden your experience and develop new skills.

What We’re Looking For
- Some previous administration experience would be helpful, but it is not essential — enthusiasm and willingness to learn are just as important.
- Ideally, GCSE Grade C/4 in both English and Maths, Functional Skills Level 2, or equivalent qualifications.
- Confidence using Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, or a willingness to develop these skills.
- A positive approach to building effective working relationships.
- Good communication skills, curiosity, and a practical approach to solving problems.
Other Requirements
- You must be eligible to work and live in the UK.
- A full UK driving licence would be desirable but is not essential.
