We are looking for a confident and attentive Apprentice Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various administrative and Customer Service tasks. Within their role, they will play a key role in maintaining team organisation, managing data entry, providing clerical support and delivering customer service.

What you'll do at work

  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Manage office supplies and inventory levels
  • Assist in organising and scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Handle incoming calls and emails with professionalism
  • Computerise documents and maintain electronic files
  • Provide administrative support to staff as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Ensure phone etiquette is always upheld
  • Answer client enquiries with a high level of customer service (phone, text, email)
  • Organise and assist with events management
  • Support with production, order fulfilment and sales pipeline.
  • Sales – cold calls/emails
  • Contacting businesses / partnerships
  • Meet and greet clients
  • Promote all internal services as well as other external provisions available to our client base
  • Attend meetings and training courses as identified by line management
