Careers Coach, Full Time All Campuses
South Essex Colleges Group are looking for an individual with a passion to helping and guiding others within their educational and career path, to join the existing Careers Team. With strong organisational and communication skills the post holder will facilitate and be part of a wide range of CEIAG activities and one to ones, that will engage and encourage students progression within education, training and beyond.
The key will be to broaden student’s knowledge and support them in making informed choices towards their progression within their education and career journey. The post holder will have good eye for detail and quality assurance to ensure accuracy in all aspects of the role. Through strong interpersonal skills the post holder will develop a good network of external contacts within the local community and wider, to support the delivery of informative and fruitful workshops.
