This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career within an essential College function. Working in the Exams department while completing a Business Administrator apprenticeship.
Role Purpose:
To play a key role in the provision of robust Management Information Services for the College by supporting the Examinations Team ensuring all learners are enrolled for and entered for relevant Exams and Controlled Assessments within the set deadlines.
The Apprentice should contribute to ensuring that every student receives the appropriate support for their Exams and Controlled Assessments and that all awarding body regulations are adhered to.

Key Responsibilities:
- Working in the Compliance department you will have good communication and IT skills.
- A flexible and organised approach to work.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to the team’s success.
Qualifications and Experience:
- As an apprentice you will be expected to complete your level 3 business administration qualification.
- Be over 16 years of age.
- Have Grade 4 Maths and English Qualifications.

Job Details:
- Duration: Fixed term for 21 Months.
- Hours: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year.
- Salary: In line with government apprenticeship rates.
- Benefits: 30 Days holiday and Free Parking (Subject to permit).
