Bookings Coordinator
As a Bookings Coordinator, you will be responsible for matching care and nursing staff with care homes needing short-term support. You will build positive and mutually beneficial relationships in order to gain an understanding of your client's needs.
Workforce Coordination
- Manage daily temporary staffing requests across departments
- Coordinate the booking and allocation of temporary workers to fill vacancies and short-term staffing requirements
- Ensure all shifts are covered in a timely and cost-effective manner

Client and Worker Liaison
- Act as the primary point of contact for care organisations
- Build positive working relationships with temporary workers and clients
- Communicate shift requirements, cancellations, and booking confirmations to temporary workers
- Resolve booking issues and escalate concerns when necessary
Administrative Support
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, worker details, and attendance
- Update workforce management systems and databases
Compliance and Governance
- Prior to booking ensure all temporary workers meet required compliance standards, including right-to-work documentation, training, and relevant clearances
- Monitor agency compliance against contractual requirements
- Support audits by maintaining accurate staffing records
- Adhere to data protection and confidentiality requirements
