Apprentice – Business and Administration Level 3


Contract & Location

Fixed-term contract for 12 months 📍 Heathfield Office, 75 Old Hawkhill, Dundee, DD1 5EN 🕒 35 hours per week 💰 Starting salary (Year 1): £17,472

  • Reception duties (handling front-of-house tasks).
  • Answering telephones efficiently.
  • Issuing keys to contractors.
  • Supporting the management team with admin tasks.
  • Invoicing residents and managing financial records.

Skills & Qualifications Required

Minimum Entry Criteria

✔ Age: 16–24 (as set by Scottish Funding) ✔ National 5 Maths and English (or equivalent). ✔ Practical experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). ✔ Friendly, approachable manner. ✔ Excellent communication skills.
