Various special schools, Pupil Referral Units (PRUs), Independent Non Maintained Schools (INMS), Specialist Provisions, Further Education (FE) and mainstream settings across Somerset and surrounding
Salary
£16,356 annual salary, Working Weeks 39 (term time + inset days) 30 hours per week (with flexibility for travel)

Are you passionate about helping young people with Special Educational Needs plan for their future? Fiveways School, in partnership with Specialist & Personalised Training Services - SPTS, is seeking an Apprentice Information, Advice & Guidance (IAG) Advisor to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience while completing a Level 6 Careers Guidance qualification, to build a meaningful career while supporting young people. You’ll work closely with students, families, schools and professionals to provide tailored careers advice and support. This role gives you the chance to combine training with real impact, helping young people gain confidence and direction for adult life.

What We’re Looking For
- 21+ years old
- Experience working with people with Special Educational Needs
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude
- Passionate about supporting young people with SEN to explore their future pathways to succeed
