Apprentice Chef

Noble House
Oak View Way, Worcester WR2 5FH

£18,720.00 per annum

37.5 hours per week

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Apprentice Chef to join our culinary team at Noble House, Worcester.

An apprenticeship is a powerful way to start your career in catering and hospitality. It offers the perfect balance of practical experience working alongside experienced professionals, gaining practical skills in food preparation, hygiene, customer service, and kitchen operations in a real working environment. And structured learning, allowing you to earn while you learn and gain a nationally recognised qualification.

At Sanctuary Supported Living, we specialise in delivering a wide range of personalised housing, care, and support services to help people across England to live as independently as possible.

We’re a national organisation, but we’re not-for-profit and we think locally by putting our customers at the heart of what we do. We’re committed to being our best and helping customers to be their best, as we support them on their pathways for independence.

The role of Apprentice Chef will include:

  • Assist in the delivery of a versatile and high-standard catering service that meets the needs and preferences of all customers.
  • Support residents with individual dietary requirements, including special diets and allergen considerations.
  • Help manage food stock and supplies to ensure menu delivery aligns with budgetary constraints and operational needs of the Taste restaurants.
  • Receive and check food stock deliveries, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Adhere to the Food Safety Management System, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records as required.
  • Perform routine cleaning of all food service areas and kitchen equipment to uphold high standards of hygiene and safety.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
