Apprentice Associate Client Advisor (Property / Real Estate)

No two days are the same, you’ll work with an impressive mix of clients — from FTSE 250 companies and banks to pension funds, investment managers, and asset managers — across a broad range of asset types including residential, offices, warehousing, and retail. We will rely on you to:
- Help participate in renewal strategy activities in conjunction with the Client Executive and Senior Client Advisors
- Participate in renewal data collection exercises with clients and help present information to underwriters.
- Request Claims Reports from TPA’s & Loss Adjusters
- Assist in the creation of market presentations and renewal documents ensuring renewal strategy is reflected
- Own the client onboarding process for new clients and expansion to existing clients.
- Assist in the preparation of client renewal reports
- Manage premium billing, collection and settlement.
- Prepare and issue renewal documentation including the creation of invoices, evidence of cover documentation and renewal policy documentation.
- Control the resolution of complex accounts and administration queries.
- Help prepare reports on specific projects as directed by senior colleagues.

What you need to have:
We will provide coaching and training to make a successful careers in the insurance and broking industry. The role requires you to be personable and able to maintain relationships both internally and externally of Marsh. Most of all, the role will require you to immerse yourself in the environment in which our clients operate. You will also need;
- Previous experience within a client/customer facing role, this can be gained from within a similar role or working in environments such as (but not limited to) retail, hospitality, food & beverage etc
- 5 GCSE’s at Grades 9 – 4 (including English & Maths)
- The ability to manage your workload and prioritise accordingly to different timescales.
- Ability to develop an awareness of the Client’s business, business issues, insurance programmes and service plans
- Competency in Microsoft Office applications and adaptability to become competent in all relevant Marsh business systems.
- Strong communication and people skills to liaise with the various divisions within Marsh to provide Client service solutions.
- To work within FCA, Marsh Compliance and Marsh specific procedures and guidelines
- To strive to deliver best practice, market leading service and solutions
