Do you have the ability to achieve a degree but decided that university wasn't for you?

Do you still want to keep your learning going and gain a Level 4 Apprenticeship qualification?

What would you gain from joining Assurity Consulting as an Apprentice Consultant?

Are you looking for an Apprentice role with a supportive company that has longevity?

The role

As an Apprentice Commercial Development Consultant, you'll step into a dynamic, customer-focused role where no two days are the same. This is an exciting opportunity to build a strong foundation in commercial and technical expertise while gaining hands-on experience in delivering water quality assessments to our customers.

Throughout your apprenticeship, you'll develop a broad range of highly transferable business skills, supported by a recognised Level 4 Sales Executive qualification. With continuous learning, real-world exposure, and expert guidance, you'll grow the confidence, knowledge, and capability needed to deliver exceptional service and ultimately progress into a fully qualified Consultant.

Our consultants are at the heart of what we do - trusted advisors and the key point of contact for our customers. Over the course of your two-year journey, you will:

  • Represent the business with professionalism, building strong and trusted relationships with customers;
  • Approach every interaction with energy and enthusiasm, thriving on meeting new people and tackling fresh challenges; and
  • Develop resilience and adaptability, confidently navigating the fast-paced demands of a customer-facing role, including managing urgent and sometimes competing priorities.

This is more than just an apprenticeship; it's the start of a rewarding career where you'll make a real impact while continuously growing and developing.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
