Apprentice Commis Chef
We are looking for a passionate Apprentice Commis Chef who is ready to start their career in hospitality, learn from experienced chefs, and gain hands-on experience across a variety of kitchen environments.
As part of your apprenticeship, you’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills across our café, restaurant, and events kitchens, gaining experience with different styles of food preparation and service. You’ll also have the chance to spend time within our bakery and butchery, building a broader understanding of ingredients, techniques, and how great food is produced from start to finish.
You don’t need to know everything already - we’re looking for someone with a genuine interest in food, a willingness to learn, and the enthusiasm to build a career as a chef.

What you’ll bring as Apprentice Commis Chef?
Previous kitchen experience isn’t essential. What matters most is your passion for food, willingness to learn, and enthusiasm to build a career as a chef.
We encourage a one-team approach and willingness to get stuck in with all aspects of the restaurant from bar to floor.
