Customer Service Administrator

We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Customer Service Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing communications, handling general inquiries, processing payments, and coordinating bookings for deliveries and assistive technology training. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.

Communication Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional phone and email manner.

Organisational Skills

  • Strong organisational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Communications:
    • Handle incoming and outgoing calls and emails, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Query Management:
    • Address general internal and external queries, providing accurate information and assistance as needed.
  • Payment Processing:
    • Take and process payments efficiently, maintaining accurate records of all transactions.
  • Booking Coordination:
    • Schedule and manage bookings for deliveries and assistive technology training sessions, coordinating with relevant parties to ensure smooth operations.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Provide general administrative support to the team, assisting with various tasks as needed to ensure efficient office operations.
