Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

About this employer

Back in 2015 when we set up Panda, manufacturing luxury homeware products often involved animals and damaging the environment. So our mission was simple — to design and craft revolutionary new products that feel incredible without costing the earth. We needed to find a material as soft as Egyptian cotton. We also needed a duvet filling as light and fluffy as duck or goose down. Both had to be eco-friendly to source, manufacture and recycle. Having searched all over the world, in the forests of South East Asia, we found it...Bamboo.

Sensuously soft, anti-bacterial and hypoallergenic. Highly breathable to keep you cool in the summer and warm in the winter, bamboo fabric has outstanding natural properties. Apply the latest Panda technology, innovation and meticulous design and you have the most seriously sumptuous bedding and homeware you can buy — better, even, than the traditional alternatives we set out to match!

The world's most luxurious experience for your home, through the pioneering use of bamboo, the world's most eco-friendly material. That's the Panda promise.
