About the Role
You will support the sales team in a customer-focused role, talking to customers with regards to any items for recycling, liaising with IT departments within businesses. This role is a great step into sales and will include a large aspect of tele-sales. You will deliver a positive customer services experience and build long-term relationships.

Your Day-to-Day Duties

- Tele-sales including cold calling and other customer service elements focusing on understanding and identifying business needs
- Work with the business to move the process through, eventually leading to full account management and keeping the database up to date with new leads and working with current accounts for future business opportunities
- Responsible for maintaining a database and data cleansing as required
- Work with the sales team to identify new opportunities for business
- Working within the sales and business development team, responsible for making calls to organisations to identify whether they have any IT-related items for recycling
