What’s it like to be a Branch Apprentice?
Being a Customer Service Apprentice at CCF takes character and versatility. Here’s what you can expect:
At the Counter:
- You’ll provide a first-class sales service, whether you’re chatting with a long-term customer face-to-face or providing expert advice over the phone.
- Use your learnt knowledge of our products to assist with enquiries, provide product information, prepare quotes and help each customer with their purchase.
In the Warehouse:
- You’ll stay active and organised, unloading supplier deliveries with precision and picking orders to keep our promises to our customers.
As a Team Player:
- You’ll muck in with general warehouse duties, ensuring our environment is safe, tidy, and efficient.
