Location: Office-based, Sutton Coldfield

Qualification: Level 4 apprenticeship
Salary: £25,000

Alliance Clinical Services is looking for a curious, analytical person to support our reporting, automation and business improvement work. You’ll work directly with our Head of Business Performance & Growth, gaining practical experience alongside a Level 4 apprenticeship in data.

What you’ll do

  • Help build and maintain Power BI dashboards for clinical outcomes and business performance.
  • Check data for accuracy, investigate discrepancies and improve how information is collected.
  • Support automation using Power Automate, SharePoint and other Microsoft tools.
  • Work with colleagues to understand their reporting needs and make processes simpler.
  • Turn data into clear, useful information that helps people make decisions.

What we’re looking for

Someone who enjoys solving problems, pays attention to detail and wants to understand how things work. You should be comfortable working with Excel and numbers, able to explain your thinking clearly, and willing to learn new systems. Experience with Power BI, coding or automation would be useful, but you’ll be taught any skills that you need for the role. Personal projects, study and practical examples of solving problems are all welcome.

What you’ll gain

You’ll contribute to real projects and see how your work improves the way a healthcare organisation operates. You’ll initially join the team for induction and practical experience, before starting your apprenticeship. The apprenticeship start date will be confirmed within four weeks of you accepting our offer of employment.
