Apprentice Dental Nurse - Blossomfield Dental Care, Solihull
Blossomfield Dental Care is a fully private, Denplan Excel accredited practice in the heart of Solihull. We’re proud of our calm, modern environment and the supportive, experienced team we’ve built. We’re now looking for an Apprentice Dental Nurse who is enthusiastic, caring and keen to start their career in dentistry while learning within a genuinely well-run practice.

Working Hours
39.75 hours per week:
- Monday to Thursday: 8:15am - 5:30pm
- Friday: 8:15am - 4:00pm
Some flexibility may be required for occasional evenings (Monday until 7:15pm) and weekends due to continued growth (Saturday 8:45am - 1:15pm)

About The Role
As an Apprentice Dental Nurse, you will work alongside our experienced dental team, learning all aspects of dental nursing while supporting the delivery of high-quality private dentistry.
Your role will include:
- Supporting dentists and hygienists during a variety of treatments
- Learning and maintaining high standards of decontamination and cross-infection control
- Preparing surgeries and ensuring they are ready for patients
- Supporting the smooth running of the practice
- Welcoming and reassuring patients throughout their journey
- Developing your clinical skills and knowledge through hands-on experience and formal training

No previous dental experience is required we are looking for the right person with the enthusiasm and commitment to learn.
About The Practice
Our purpose-built, ground-floor practice is bright, modern and fully accessible, with four surgeries (three dentists and one hygienist). We’ve designed the space to feel calm and welcoming for both patients and staff, with a separate waiting area to minimise clinical noise and create a more relaxed environment.
We offer on-site parking, excellent transport links, and a close-knit team who genuinely enjoy working together. Our focus is on delivering outstanding patient care in a supportive and professional setting.
