Job Description

We are currently seeking Apprentice Engineers to join our team at our glass manufacturing plant in Harlow. As an apprentice, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced engineers and gain hands-on experience in the field.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery and equipment used in the glass manufacturing process. You will also collaborate with other members of the engineering team to improve processes and procedures.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong interest in practical, hands-on work, be willing to learn and take direction from experienced professionals, and have good communication skills. Attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures accurately are also important qualities for this position.

Qualifications

Please note to be considered for this position the highest level of qualification you will have attained to be eligible to join an Apprenticeship is GCSE or Level 2.

Applicants should have at least 4 GCSE's at grade 4 or above including English and Maths.

Your first year will be attending a local college which will then become day release from year 2 onwards.
