Responsibilities
What you’ll do:
- Support the creation, coordination and management of digital 3D models for live construction projects.
- Work with Civil, MEP, Site Management and Commercial teams to keep project information accurate and up to date.
- Assist with clash detection, model reviews and model issue tracking supporting design coordination.
- Help maintain the Common Data Environment (CDE) and ensure information is shared correctly.
- Learn industry-standard digital tools such as Revit, Navisworks and Dalux.
- Work with digital technology such as Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality to support project delivery.
What you’ll learn:
- How BIM supports design, engineering coordination and construction delivery.
- Digital engineering workflows, 3D/4D modelling and model data management.
- How models link to programme planning, cost management and site operations.
- Collaboration skills across multidisciplinary project teams.

Experience
Who can apply?
Minimum requirements:
- 5 GCSEs (including Maths & English)
- A-Levels or equivalent for Higher/Degree apprenticeships.
- Passion for digital construction and engineering.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
