About the Role
This is a varied role that will share covering our reception area, as well as ensuring the general smooth operation of our Head Office for everyone who uses it. You will therefore be someone who brings a positive, professional, and engaging first impression for visitors and can build great working relationships with lots of different internal departments and colleagues who will call upon you for help.
You will get exposure to a variety of tasks and duties, from handling incoming queries from visitors and guests, liaising with suppliers, receipting invoices, updating financial systems to track payments and budgets, to organising meeting rooms, lunches and bookings for hotels and travel, plus many more.

Key Requirements
You will need to be comfortable and confident with meeting and dealing with people face to face, you will also bring a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office systems (Outlook, Work, Excel).
More importantly, you will be able to talk us through how you go about assessing situations, what you consider when making decisions, how you keep things organised and running smoothly and if not, how you handle getting things back on track.
Note, this would be a fixed term contract for 13 months aligning with a Facilities, or Administration Apprenticeship through our training provider (to be discussed with the candidate).
