Pemberton Park & Leisure Homes in Bolton are recruiting for an Apprentice Furniture Manufacturing Operative (Cabinet Maker)
The successful candidate will work towards completing a Level 2 Furniture Making Operative apprenticeship over the duration of 21 months.
Wage
- £15,808 for your first year, then could increase depending on your age.
- National Minimum Wage rate for apprentices.

Hours
- Monday- Friday 7am- 5pm, 2 x 10 minute break am/pm (paid), 30 minutes lunch (unpaid). 38 hours a week

Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.
What you'll do at work
- Building our in house made furniture to be fitted in our static homes. using power tools and hand tools
- Manufacturing MFC cabinets and components in the workshop, machinery such as edge banders, CNC and saws to cut, edge and shape components
- Carrying out quality control on finished goods, completing paperwork and essential housekeeping

What you'll learn
- Use a range of questioning skills, including listening and responding in a way that builds rapport, determines customer needs and expectations and achieves positive engagement and delivery.
