Reporting to the UK Sales Manager, the role of the inside sales support is to provide advice and support on a range of ACR Rental products. Assist with bids and tenders for new clients, qualify leads as they come in, assist with prospecting and work with the marketing team.

What you'll do at work
- Assist the field sales team with quotations for customers.
- Contribute toward the overall UK region revenue goal each year.
- Provide support to the field sales team with the supply of necessary certification as requested by the customer.
- Manage all incoming leads by qualifying them with a phone call or email before passing on to the relevant field sales rep.
- Provide 3D images to the sales team for specific equipment set ups using our Revit program.
- Assist the field sales team with preparing tender bids.
- Assist the field sales team by liaising with new customers to complete any new account/supplier information.
- Be responsible for the Net Promotor Score survey responses.
- Prospecting new customers to gather new contacts for the sales team to target.
- Actively promote Atlas Copco Rental using social media, specifically LinkedIn.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
- Work toward improving processes relating to customer requirements.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
