About The Role
As an IS 1st Line Support Apprentice you’ll be a valued member of the team, learning by doing and supporting colleagues with meaningful, hands-on work. No two days are the same, and you’ll be trusted with real responsibilities while being fully supported as you develop.
You’ll Learn How To
- Provide 1st line IS support to Home Group colleagues
- Logging and updating support requests accurately
- Troubleshooting basic system, device and application issues
- Learning about cyber security, data protection and digital services
- Working with experienced colleagues to develop your technical skills.
What qualification will you gain?
Infrastructure Technician Apprenticeship Standard Level 3
Delivered by training provider
You’ll combine on-the-job learning with structured study, building skills and confidence that will support your long-term career.
What happens next?
