DWP Digital is offering an exciting opportunity to join our IT Asset Management team as an Apprentice IT Asset Manager. You'll combine practical workplace experience with a Level 3 Digital Support Technician Apprenticeship, developing the skills, knowledge and confidence needed for a successful career in digital services.

Join DWP Digital as an Apprentice IT Asset Manager and gain practical experience supporting the management of software and hardware assets across one of the UK's largest IT estates.
You'll learn how technology assets are tracked, controlled and reported throughout their lifecycle, helping to ensure data accuracy, support software renewals and maintain asset management standards.
You'll be working alongside experienced colleagues, using industry tools and processes and developing your understanding of IT Asset Management within a large organisation.
You'll receive dedicated study time, structured training, mentoring and ongoing support throughout your apprenticeship journey.

Details. Wages. Perks.
Hybrid Working: We work a hybrid model - you'll spend some time working at home (40%) and some time collaborating face to face in a hub (60%).
Pay: We offer competitive pay for this role of £32,137.
Pension: You'll get a brilliant civil service pension with employer contributions of 28.97%, worth over £9,310 per year.
Holidays: A generous leave package starting at 24 days rising to 26 days after one year (and 31 days over time). You can also take up to 3 extra days off a month on flexi-time. You'll also get all the usual public holidays.
