Apprentice IT Specialist - Healthcare Diagnostics
Are you a motivated individual eager to build a professional foundation in IT? We are seeking a dedicated Apprentice IT Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will support the implementation of complex diagnostic healthcare solutions, gaining hands-on experience in system troubleshooting, customer support, and essential validations.
Responsibilities
- Assist in routine maintenance, including software updates, patches, and security configurations.
- Support the deployment of hardware and software, ensuring systems are optimized and functional.
- Manage internal IT inventory, including tracking hardware, licenses, and procurement coordination.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve technical requests and maintain clear communication with end-users.
- Participate in on-site shadowing to gain exposure to real-world Hospital IT solutions.
- Attend a mandatory college day release course two days per week to advance your technical education.

Qualifications
- Strong aptitude for IT and a commitment to pursuing a career in the field.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in the MS Office Suite.
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license or willingness to obtain one within 6 months.
